Ordinarily, I don't directly handle these requests. I usually let another refugee since they would know the people in the building a little bit better than I do. However, due to the personal nature of the request, I've decided to step in.
The seventh and eighth floors are in need of a Housing Assistant. The job entails this: being responsible for calling in any maintenance issues, dealing with any inter-apartment scuffles (music too loud, someone hammering away at 3am, etc), but most of all, you'll be responsible for assisting those on your floors who are either unfamiliar with this time period or planet. Some people are adjusting to being human for the first time.
So with that in mind, here are the requirements: Though we ask that you are from the last fifty years, we would prefer if you were from within ten years. Technology has been changing at a rapid rate, and we need someone who can show people the ropes quickly. You
must be a people person. The last thing we need is a grouch in the position who shrugs off the duties. You must be over the age of 18, no exceptions made due to child labor laws and this job is not a 9 to 5 position.
What do you get in return? Well, you get a bonus stipend that can be negotiated with us.
