Got sprung from medical last night but forgot to actually say something, proves how fried I actually feel at the moment. But now its back to the drawing board on pretty much every level, so its one day and one step at a time. For now however its lots of TV and very little sleeping in the cards. My dreams are bad enough as it is without yesterday making it worse.
But I do need advice: anyone got good ideas for making bruises on the upper and lower back less painful and when will I stop feeling crappy? I'm also taking any and all suggestions for TV and movies to watch, the sound acts as a white noise of sorts and anything to get my mind off things is good too.
For now back to going over printouts so I can be ready to set up classes before too much longer along with the job listings.

What happened in that closet and what did I do if anything? I just need to fill in some nasty memory blanks more than anything else along with any needed amends making.

This struck me so anyone else feeling like they are being watched really funny? I went to the patio for 30 minutes to myself (and to avoid a major bout of walls closing it) and could just feel it somehow.
Plus did anyone else get the we should see a shrink suggestion? Its not going to happen anytime soon if ever.

Starbucks in a few days when the bruises heal up a bit more? And on a lighter note I now get what Ryan was saying about everyone hating debriefings.

Dinner soon? I'm calling for father/daughter time :)
And is it a bad thing I want to know what happened to me? Too many blanks are not helping.
