If I were at home in London, it is at this time of year when myself and my mother and sisters would start looking towards the beginning of the social season that surrounds the spring session of Parliament. We would be planning the first of our trips to our modiste to choose dresses and patterns, and those who chose to spend the winter tucked away in the country would begin to trickle back into town, and Lady Whistledown would again have more than enough fodder for her thrice-weekly newsheet. I've sometimes thought how interesting it would be to start a modernised form of that scandal-sheet, but then I remembered the existence of TMZ. It would appear that the market for such writings is taken.

Thank you for this weekend. It was perfectly lovely, especially with the snow. I don't remember having spent a nicer time in the country during winter. My chest has already found a place amongst my belongings, and is sitting half-filled with those treasures of mine which I hold closely to my heart.

I believe my favorite part was sitting, bundled up, next to you as the sleigh flew across the ground, the wind whistling in my ears. Yes, I was freezing at the end of it, but it was a magnificent use of horse, sleigh, and snow.

Thank you for the flowers and the chocolate, Henry. The chocolates were exactly what I needed when I returned from my weekend away. Are you doing well? Holding your end of the bargain with Edward, so that he may hold his?

I went to the doctor. There's definitely a tumor. He said the prognosis is medium. If I don't get it taken out, it's going to get bigger and start impacting other parts of my brain. It could go a lot of different ways. If I take it out now though, I should be okay.

I still don't know what to do.

Are the residents of this city always so friendly, or are we just fortunate enough to have them in our midst? Then again, I do understand the idea of fearing that which you do not understand.

Considering how much I just love those glowing orbs I made for the black out, I just couldn't resist getting this table to match.



It's just too perfect!

I grew up in Beacon Hills, California (which doesn't exist here, but I guess.. think of Sunnydale) and even though there were some pretty low temperatures, the average was about 40-50. Snow? Once in a blue moon experience.. although the last time I saw snow was a trick played by a.. supernatural being called the nogitsune and it wasn't even cold.

And then I walk out of a late class and there's snow again. Real snow, of course. I'm still waiting for myself to get used to the cold winters in NYC but apparently, residents of NYC are still not used to it so there's no hope for me.

I probably shouldn't have watched my own show last night. I'm going to have nightmares.

I wish Chas was here.

Glowing people? This place is pretty neat! I can glow too usually. Are all you people glowing because of chi energy too?

I amar prestar aen. A starry sky brought low to greet the earth. I cannot say whether it comforts me, for I scarcely see the path for which I walk, but it is beautiful. Your forest of hollow metal is not so glaring in this dark.

But there are many travelers here. Le suilon! To whom do you hail leader?

I forgot to say this yesterday because I was wallowing, but happy birthday, Elvis.

$15 for a pack of smokes is highway robbery, you know. Cost almost 1/3 less in Georgia.

I started out this year with friends from back home here and a great guy that I met who became my boyfriend and now, they all went back through the portal. I am done with this year.

For 2015, I'm going to hope for the impossible: poor ratings for my show that it never airs it again.

Oh and maybe try for some sort of chemistry internship.

Never going shopping again. The closer to Christmas it gets, the crazier it gets. People brush up against me I've seen things. Horrible things.

Also I officially don't understand perfume commercials. They don't make any sense!
