Ryuzaki's gone. His computers are still here, but he's...gone. The apartment feels quite empty and while usually I don't mind being alone, this is a bit strange. He's been part of my life, one way or another, since I first discovered the Death Note.
Knowing that he's going back to die, not necessarily at my hand but because of my actions and words, is strange. At one point, I wanted him dead. Needed him dead. But that was more "L" than Ryuzaki. They are one and the same, yet, strangely, they're more different than I'd ever thought.
Much the same, I imagine, as the girls would feel being here knowing that you are their "A".
Have something we can hack into that could be a good distraction?
