Good news, everyone: you don't have to listen to me angst about Thalia anymore. I'm under orders to make sure everybody knows I'm not available, because she thinks she's the jealous type.

Just don't say anything to her brother. I don't know if she's talked to him yet, and while I don't think he's going to try to kill me, I'd like to have some warning if he is.

So I realize that everyone is really excited about prom, and they're still gushing over their prom dresses/outfits/accessories/plans/dates. Major props to the organizers, you guys are amazing.

But there are plenty of people out there who can't afford prom, and the way I see it, they deserve a chance too. So that's why if I can get enough people willing to help/donate, I'm going to be organizing a Dress Drive through the PTYC.

After Prom, for anyone who is willing to donate their dresses, outfits, accessories, shoes, etc. we're going to be givinig them to girls/guys who are unable to afford prom otherwise.

It's a really great cause, and I really hope I can get enough interest to be able to help out a few people. If you'd be willing to donate, please let me know. Donations can be dropped off at the PTYC up until Thursday of next week.

Secondly, the PTYC will also be hosting a Post-Prom Midnight Breakfast. All prom attendees are welcome to attend once prom is over to have something to eat before they go home/continue on for the night. Or you can hang out longer if you're not quite ready to call it a night but have no where else to go.

So um...I was camping with Diana today. She set up a target for me to test out an arrow on, you know, a big oak tree, and I missed. Twice.

I have seen and been through a lot of crazy things, but this just might be top five level of crazy.

I've been filled in on some of what is apparently going on, no matter how unbelievable much of it sounds. I was brought to an apartment that I was told I was previously living in because I was here before, despite that I have no memories of it, which is something that should really stop surprising me. Since I lived at camp year round and never went to high school or anything like that, I totally missed out on homecoming and prom and winter formal and all of those fantastic things that require really pretty dresses and getting my hair all glammed up. Because of that I am so going and I've already narrowed it down to six dresses that I really, really want which probably doesn't seem like a lot of success, but my "Possible Prom Dress" bookmark folder was kind of embarrassing before I finally sat down and did some compare and contrast.

I have no idea how I'm going to narrow down from those six, though. It's probably frowned upon to have a wardrobe change mid-event, yeah? Yeah, probably. Sigh.
