My name is Steve Rogers. Some of you may know various versions of myself who have been here for some time now. Others of you, as I understand it, may have some memory of previous visits I have made here. I would like to take the opportunity, here and now, to extend an open invitation to any of you whom I have known and apologize for my lack of memory. If you would be interested in getting reacquainted, I would be more than happy to try and schedule a time that would work for both of us to work this out.

What do we know about this so far? The last time I saw something that could strike like this was with the Death Note itself, and that had the ability to kill someone, but even then there were different rules involved. It wasn't an all-powerful ability like this one is seeming to be so far.

I have gathered a list of everyone afflicted. At least, everyone who's commented who's been afflicted thus far. I can filter out certain people who aren't afflicted, either. I find it strange that it seems to be affecting even those who shouldn't be sick based on the rules of their universe.

I am going to continue my research as much as I can. I am not sick, yet, but with this trend, I do not expect it long until I am ill.
