I know that we've been gone months now and Leliana and Cassandra will kills us for disappearing but I want to make sure our son will be fine.

And I've missed home. I want to meet Mia and your siblings. I want you to meet my brothers and my mother. I want to see Sera, and the rest. We've got so many ammenities here, and yet I miss the horses.

The tesseract's choice of gift is most peculiar. While I am grateful to have my orb, intact and whole, the tesseract seems to have meddled with it. I shall have to determine if that meddling can be undone.

I'm debating on adopting a friend for Koda. Someone he can play with whenever I'm not around.

Apparently the show about my life ran for 10 Seasons. But now there is a comic about SuperMe.

I'm really not sure I warrant that much interest.

I had a most intriguing conversation this morning with a young woman who is a fan of the games I am from. I tend to avoid such people as their interpretations of various matters tends to be... odd at best. But this young woman was thoughtful and thought-provoking and gave me much to think about.

As strange I find this city as it normally is, I find myself missing it at the moment. The creatures roaming the city are fascinating but are upsetting my companions greatly.

Felassan and Ghilan decided to wake me exceptionally early this morning. My mighty warriors had cornered a spider in the kitchen and felt the need to let me know of their victory. Which would have been significantly more impressive if the spider had been bigger than my thumbnail but I suppose we must take our victories where they lie. However, since my work largely allows me to write my own hours, I believe I shall return to my bed.

Oh but this still works. Of all the... This might not be exactly the greatest thing right now. I think it speaks for itself when my response to waking in a forest was a resigned sigh.

On the off chance this forest has more surprises then we'd all like it to have, I suggest teaming up. Many heads are better then one after all.

I've read somewhere that a person can convince themselves of almost anything if they work at it hard enough. However, I think I'm spending so much time trying to convince myself that the weather is not a problem for me, I'm finding it difficult to concentrate on anything else.

I know it's just a little snow, I know it's not all that cold -- but it is... sad. The days are so short it's exhausting and dark all the time. What sunlight there is is filtered through miserable grey clouds. All the trees are hibernating, and really I wish I could choice them. I love for the vitality and rejuvenation of the spring.

Filter: All Magic Users

For those of you who have been here for quite some time what I'll be mentioning momentarily isn't new. In fact, we may have even had a conversation about it at one point. Or you at one time were a student of mine.

If you weren't around when last I brought it up or happened to have missed it, I started a magic school last year. My number of students has increased and then decreased but never to a point where keeping it running was deemed pointless.

Between my newborn daughters, a son who continues to grow everyday, and a dog my time to devote to more than two students alone has become a struggle. It is for that reason that I am reaching out to you in the hope that one or more of you wouldn't mind joining as a private tutor.

Lessons have always been done based on both student and teacher's availability. They could be one on one or a small group. That has always been left up to the student's personal preferences. What's important is that the student feels comfortable and safe so as to avoid accidents. I began with a basic curriculum working my way through the elements and would then tailor it based on the students own abilities.

Madame Mills School of Magic was started to give those with magical gifts the guidance they may need to gain control of them. It was also started so that all involved could learn from each other without judgement from others.

While I mostly avoid the 'fandom' surrounding the game I am from, I confess I do find some of their artwork to be quite extraordinary. Such as this piece by nanananananablr, this one by devileve and this one by ynorka. I can only admire the level of skill and dedication they have clearly put into these works.

I guess one thing my show's fan base likes to do is mess up my name. Lapdance Lasagna, Linguine Lesbian, Lactose Lampshade, Lapizza Lazuli.

It's better than being called Big Buff Cheeto Puff, or Space Dorito.

So many politicians talk about how to conduct war. But none of them have worn a uniform. Why is the president the Commander in Chief? Because he has the most silver tongue with the public?

I have found my new friends and companions.

That is Felassan on the left at the back with the full mask over his eyes and Ghilan in the foreground. They have, thankfully, not received any of the training so common here and are pleasantly themselves. Equally, their intelligence is untouched and very pleasing.

I have found people look very confused when they walk calmly next to me without collar or lead, though I suspect explaining that I have asked them to do so would only be met with confusion. Still, they are pups and do get distracted at times but they are good about returning to me when I ask.
