Well, the quest for Old Nate in Washington failed. Though not an epic fail, because if you haven't seen Parker rocking a beautiful designer gown, then you haven't lived. And you really haven't lived if you haven't gone down a side of a building with her. While she's wearing a designer gown.

And we are back just in time for more snow.

For a change all is well in the land of Garcia because I got the job! I start Monday as part of the NYPD's Technical Assistant Response Unit. Sure I'll be on desk duty for a few weeks because of the shooting in my world (have to get medical clearance once I heal up a bit more in other words) but I'm just happy to finally do something besides set up my small scale home office and watch TV.

Now that it's not Skynet version 2.0 anymore, I am back up and running and getting everything going.

Thanks to the electronic madness I was delayed in doing this but can I book a appointment within the next few days? I was pulled here in the aftermath of being shot by an unsub (criminal) in my world and I'm supposed to touch base with a doctor before too much longer.

This has officially been the weirdest couple of days known to man. Besides officially being sick of anything medical related (no offense of course, GSW's are nobodies idea of fun) and finding out the team is on TV I'm still trying to make sense of all this. So hi! I'm Penelope Garcia and before Friday night I was with the FBI as a technical analyst with the BAU. But for now I'm working on my growing to-do list from groceries and clothes (any options for a slightly larger woman?) to job options and computer gear. I'm currently based on the second floor and I'm simply going to see the best in this, granted I know of at least one who would see this as fun.

And as a side note: most one sided Super Bowl ever!
