So, the PI licensing exam I took at the beginning of this month? (Well, for any of you who didn't know I was taking it, pretend you already knew.) Results are in, and it was a pass. I guess my days of barely scrapping by with the little income I get from online journalism are numbered.

I have a small proposition for you. When is the soonest you can take an extended vacation from work?

Damn, I was kind of curious what I'd look like as a girl. Doesn't seem fair I've been here longer than nearly all of you and I still haven't gotten to experience that.

This has been my first winter in about two years, five if you're choosing to think about the idea it was 2008-2009. Mostly I think about it every time it gets real cold out there, and I can't remember it being cold in a long time, even Louisiana cold. And that's well above freezing, let me tell you. I'd just pull on the Merlotte's pants and wrap a jacket around me, and I'd be good. Now, I don't mean to be complaining here, and that's not what this is about. I finished building my room at Dr. Strange's a while ago now. And I think I'm going to try for something more: a garden, where it's warm and sunny all the time, like the fairy dimension in the cemetery, with fewer gravestones. There's no guarantee I'll be able to do that before it gets proper warm around here, but if I do, I'm welcome to sharing it with some company now and again, to anyone that misses the sun and warmth like I do.

Well there are worst ways to spend Valentine's Day.

I will say that the Catskill Forest Preserve has to be my new favourite place. It's absolutely beautiful.

My articles to submit for work are gone completely. I guess I shouldn't have neglected my typewriter after all.

Man. You get chicken pox for one week and fall behind on work and you're suffering for it for the next two months. It seems like I should probably start looking for a second job.

It's with a heavy heart I say I can resist the tides of change no longer. The time has come for me to find myself some new clothes.

All right so I think I'm roughly caught up on everything. In this world I'm on a television show and apparently my character hasn't been seen so far this season. That's a bit rude of them isn't it? I wonder if it means I can make it as an actress. Get famous!

I was also here before, but then I left and obviously now I'm back. The whole not remembering part sucks, but hey people seem happy to see me so there's a plus!

Um. This is so weird for, but I guess if people know or could eventually find out from google I might as well let it be known that I'm a wolf. Or I suppose werewolf is a better term for it. I won't hurt anyone againor anything, but might as well clear the air right?

Today folks looked at me like I was the strangest person they seen in New York City. And most of them were wondering what kind of sex I'm having or were trying to imagine. It almost felt like home again. I don't think I've smiled so much in months. And I'm still in a good mood. So I'm calling it a good day.

Huh. I got called down to get one of those Tesseract gifts today. I half expected it to be my motorcycle because that could be hella useful here but it turned out it was my typewriter, box and all. Still had the last note for Neal on it too

That isn't to say that I'm disappointed that I got that over my motorcycle. Treasured both equally, but it's a better surprise than a memory dump.

There's not many of us here, but I was thinking about a gathering at my place -- guess that's Hook's place too now -- for Christmas. Most of us are alone, and I don't think anyone should be on Christmas.

What: IC/OOC Party thread!
Where: The Entertainment Centre of Potts Tower.
What: Potts Tower Halloween Party! Starting around 7pm in the entertainment center, the entire 13th floor has been transformed for the occasion. Fog creeping along the floors, webs hanging from the ceiling, skeletons popping out of doorways and an assortment of Halloween themed food. Come in costume, there will be a contest!
