Well I should have figured when he didn't answer my texts, something was up. Before David went back though, he helped me figure out why my strength would go on and off, and... this is kind of funny. Maybe in an ironic way. But apparently, my source of super strength is water. It was raining the first day I found out about it and I didn't have an umbrella. And it also explains how it would be gone in the mornings when I woke up but back again after I showered, brushed my teeth, etc.

And I can still breathe underwater. I feel like the universe is telling me to become a mermaid.

Three-day weekend means I have a couple of hours as a window of a break from classes, and there are two things I wanted to ask you but I couldn't decide which to ask so I'm going to ask both. 1, ever wanted a tour of mine and Dr. Banner's lab at SI? And 2, ever done karaoke?

I've been here almost a week now and I keep expecting to be taken back but that doesn't seem to be happening. That means I need to start thinking about a job. I'm not sure where to look though. Does anyone need a biologist/geneticist/MD who has worked with metahumans?

Not exactly a resume that's going to get me a job in New York is it?

When I woke up this morning it was October. Now it's February 1, 2015 and I'm in New York. I missed Christmas, I missed New Year's, none of this makes any sense whatsoever. In fact it's impossible but I've seen a lot of supposedly impossible things in the last year. So chalk up another one.

Yes, you're all invited, and that being said, New York, I'm back! And I am pretty sure that Oxford is about twenty degrees warmer than you right now. But it was great. The professors are great, the labs are awesome and I guess the country is amazing too. And spending New Year's there was some experience. Even though it was 90% work with little play and little breathing room and I come back to more work (hello, Spring semester), I'm still glad I went.
