Of the ten manliest hobbies on Earth, Ferelden has eight of them:

1. Blacksmithing. That's why I have a sword. And a shield. And armor.
   
2. Beer brewing. We only love our dogs more.
   
3. Poker. We have pokers. And we gamble.
   
4. Whiskey tasting. We drink more than beer. Oghren found lots of drinks he liked.

I was out on the High Line this afternoon, to celebrate the first day it's been worth going outside since November. It became pretty clear pretty fast that originality is not one of my strengths. It was about as peaceful as the deck of a cruise ship at launch. ... If a quarter of the ship's compliment had been wearing surgical masks.

Honestly, at this point I'd risk the bubonic plague for a little sun.

Most of you have probably heard that we know now what we're dealing with. We do have a werewolf, it appears from every sign we're looking at to be from the Harry Potter universe. (see here), and of course the many notes we have at Widdershins.

Considering the nature of lycanthropy in this universe, I consider this a top priority this month to find and track this individual. From there we can determine the best way to proceed. Until we know otherwise we should consider them very dangerous. We have at least one known bite, and other attacks. However, until we know whether this individual is knowingly endangering others, we should attempt to capture, not kill.

In the meantime, any ideas at how to best track an individual - not in werewolf form - whom we know nothing about... I'm open.
