It's strange, being from the near future. Different world, but close enough that I remember living through some of what's happened here. Movies are familiar, music. Some of the history. And then you get to a day that held enormous significance in your life before, and here it's just an ordinary day.

And I'm grateful for that. That some of these days end up being ordinary here when they were anything but for people in our world. It's just strange to live through it again, only differently. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to that part.

Last night, OT (Other Tony) accessed all Stark Comm satellites looking to heat signatures. There were a couple abnormalities on the grid that I want to analyze a bit closer, so he and I are suiting up to gain local readings and we'll be transmitting our findings back to you.

Right now, our goal is to find out where this came from, what caused it and what it's done. Thus far, he's telling me that there are no readings that register with the levels that the Star Brand did, this is good-bad, because it means if there was a touch down point, we can't find it. But we've got to work with what we have, and right now that's what we have.

Bankers or Parkners, if you prefer, you're on analysis. We should probably talk to Thor & SWORD and see if they've picked up anything strange from the tesseract over the past few days, because for real, when something weird has happened here, it's generally been it's fault. Including at least one World War. Bruce, maybe that can be you?

So, I'm afraid we may have gotten off on the wrong foot, what with the cookie crumbs all over the counter, and the wet towel on the sofa, and just the general like having spread myself across the entire apartment because it's been like, since Willow disappeared, not the last time, but the time before the last time. I think. I've lost track of how many times, but basically that was the time I had a roommate, and I haven't had one since then, so I'm a little rusty at sharing spaces.

And I swear I'm not usually this messy, and also that I'm not usually this much of a spaz, but um, I think everything is cleaned out, and I made certain that you have a couple of cupboards in the kitchen, oh and you're free to use any of my dishes if you want, cause obviously I didn't buy them, really it was just stuff that Tony Stark so graciously provides for us.

He is very badly injured, and I believe that at this point we would be remiss in our duties if we were not to summon a person that we believe to be family.

Back to school in a couple of days. I don't know if I'm nervous or excited about returning. And I've got to think about my future. Either way, I have Luna here to keep me on track. She's good at keeping me on track. I'm not sure what she'll do while I'm in class, maybe hang out at the tea shop and keep them on track too.

Walked through Central Park today and there was a guy preaching about the end of times. I listened to him until the authorities shooed him away. It was interesting to hear the viewpoint in person. If Paris were here, I'm sure she'd be interviewing him for The Franklin. Nothing this exciting happens in Hartford.

I'm looking forward to school starting in a couple of days. I had a hard time deciding what classes to take, but I'm excited to take them. I can only imagine that this will be even more of a dilemma when I go to college in a couple of years.

Mister Stark made me a suit like his suit.
