With Uhura gone, we have several teaching positions open in SHIELD'S ESD. I know classes are ending soon, but there's always the new school year to think of.

I went and had a trapeze lesson this week! It was on a whim and I do like following my whims where I can. They were a bit dubious about whether a man of my advancing years ought to be doing such a thing but once I proved to them that, short of being knocked unconscious, there is little reason for me to fear falling or otherwise getting myself in a jam, they relented. I had the most marvellous time. I daresay I'm not terrible good but it was only a first lesson. I do believe I will go back for more.

So. If we're going to do this thing, we're going to need an office. Here or somewhere in the city? We're also going to need to get the word out that we're available so some sort of advertising. Maybe on the internet? That might be a better place to do it though I'm not entirely sure how we'd go about that.

I started watching the show that Gillian Anderson is doing now - Hannibal. I don't think I'm going to make that too public since I know we have people here from that show. But her character is very different to me, which I think I like.

The World Science Festival has been awesome so far. Gotten to go to panels on physics, genetics, space exploration, and some neuroscience too. (Because obviously I need more areas of interest.)

Seeing as I've already unofficially met or had the pleasure of being incarcerated with a fair lot of you, I'll keep this short.

I've finished up this training so guess I'll now also be working with you. I'm Dum Dum Dugan, worked with SHIELD from its inception to about as far as I remember, the Howling Commandos before that, and afore that, served as a circus strongman for Jones' travelling. You wouldn't of heard of them. So far as I've seen this crew's doing good work, and I am most looking forward to keeping down that trail.
