Well, I have to say I am glad the weather is getting nicer. I've been looking forward to taking Lola out for a spin. Pepper, would you like to join me?

Only a few days until prom! And I'm way more excited about this one than I was about my real one (well, it was a Homecoming, but same diff, really). I've compiled the top prom hits for the last few decades, so rest assured, the tunes will be cheesy and horrible and wonderful, and it makes me a little sad that my first move at DJing's gonna be with this crap, but part of the fun is the bad music, right? I want all you people to sing along at full volume when "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" starts blazing, 'cause it's prom tradition. I managed to sing along at Homecoming and I was stuffed in a trashcan in the girl's bathroom at the time (before I got my powers, bros, so don't even try it).

I've got a couple of long stretches of music synced up so that I don't have to man the helm, 'cause I have a wicked date and I'm not going to strand her on the floor getting stepped on by Chase's left feet or whacked in the face by whatever dinosaur tail Berto's got going on (what goes with a tux, anyway?). I've taken about three showers this morning; all the visits to Pirate Bay makes my hardware feel pretty grungy. BUT, the music is done, and I think it's gonna be a good time.

Also I hope you guys are ready, 'cause I do a mean Gangnam Style.

So I realize that everyone is really excited about prom, and they're still gushing over their prom dresses/outfits/accessories/plans/dates. Major props to the organizers, you guys are amazing.

But there are plenty of people out there who can't afford prom, and the way I see it, they deserve a chance too. So that's why if I can get enough people willing to help/donate, I'm going to be organizing a Dress Drive through the PTYC.

After Prom, for anyone who is willing to donate their dresses, outfits, accessories, shoes, etc. we're going to be givinig them to girls/guys who are unable to afford prom otherwise.

It's a really great cause, and I really hope I can get enough interest to be able to help out a few people. If you'd be willing to donate, please let me know. Donations can be dropped off at the PTYC up until Thursday of next week.

Secondly, the PTYC will also be hosting a Post-Prom Midnight Breakfast. All prom attendees are welcome to attend once prom is over to have something to eat before they go home/continue on for the night. Or you can hang out longer if you're not quite ready to call it a night but have no where else to go.

Spring isn't nearly as glamorous as when we are preparing it in Pixie Hollow. But I'm still going to celebrate it by attending Prom. I was undecided for awhile but made up my mind a few days ago. Only now I have to find a dress to wear.

Apparently I die before I get to ever meet you; I figured now that since I've met Ken and he's helped me out a little (along with 'Berto and I'll even throw Julie and Laura into this mix) that I should extend the kindness and say hi. I also wanted to say congrats on the big wedding plans, I don't think I've ever seen a guy so excited to get married.

While it isn't exactly what I was hoping for I have managed to secure a place as a lecturer of archaeology at Columbia University here in New York. It does offer opportunities to go on research digs - mostly for students but it is something. Perhaps from there I can get myself integrated into a group that will do actual digs. Something like the show Time Team that is on television here would be brilliant. I've been to the UK before back in my time - the Isle of White specifically which isn't something I would like to repeat but it was still an eye opening experience.

Hey, okay. I'm kinda freaking out a little and trying not to.

I dunno how much Scott's told you about his childhood but I was adopted before I even remember it. I had a little sister in my adopted family, and we were pretty close. My powers didn't ... come out? Until she got attacked and the guy tried to kidnap her. I fought him off, and they came out and I killed the guy. Freaked everyone the hell out, considering how it happened. No one thought I was safe, I sure as hell didn't think I was safe. I plead guilty, didn't even bother fighting it because everybody was so scared to even look at me. Even my sister.

I spent two years in prison before Xavier got me out. Solitary confinement for a year of it, because I almost lost it on my cellmate so I asked to be moved. I was 15, hadn't really had a chance at anything more than hang out with girls. A little dating. Not much. Heck, I had to get my GED in prison.

Soooo to the point.

Jubilee told me she wanted to have sex this week. After prom. And then we had the seminar thing.

And I'm maybe rethinking telling her yeah. But I'm afraid she's going to react badly and I really don't want to mess this up.
