Don't expect the touchy feely Starfleet crap of the last guy. This world's got actual militaries, and we're gonna be following in traditions of one I'm partial to. Readings for the class will be coming from We're gonna be following the APD's Doctrine with a focus on intelligence and special operations. Then concentrating on whatever specialities come up. I don't like quitters, whiners, or people who are afraid to work.

I've pulled files on all of you or are aware of you by reputation. But I want to hear it straight from the horse's mouth. Give me your background, your strengths, and your weaknesses. And don't write a fucking novel.

It's a bit fun to try and line up this Earth's history with my own. In 2149, our scientists discovered that Charon wasn't a moon at all, but happened to be an enormous piece of alien technology known as a mass relay. It was the start of humanity's exploration into deep space, and the eventual discovery of alien life.

Can't say I remember anything about suits running around on their own, though.

Back to discussion of this sceptre.

It was not found at the fortress in Algeria. Which means that it is obviously elsewhere. Thoughts are currently that HYDRA moved it, in which case, we go after HYDRA, but there seems to be an exceptional amount of arms traffic in the area and an item such as this would be bound to attract attention.

I believe it is the goal of the Avengers to attack the leader of this HYDRA agency. It seems quicker than busting up small bases.

And If they are willing, Sif, Fandral, and Peter Quill could take teams that can be spared to see if they can find a buyer or seller whom may have heard of the Sceptre.
