Hell of a welcome, looks like I got here just in time for some plague that affects dhampirs and vampires along with humans, what the hell

I haven't felt this bad since, well, ever. Seriously, I had more energy than this after I was restored.

Times like this are when the city need people out there protecting it most of all.

The worst part of these past while has been knowing that when people are sick, there's nothing you can do sometimes but watch. It was a good two years run, but at least he's not suffering anymore.

I hope the rest of us start feeling better soon.

Why would anyone want to be human for? Blimey, this is rubbish. You cough and then your head decides it's time to crush you, so you think, 'Oh, I'll have a proper kip!' Ah, but wait--you've got the bloody cough! Cough, half-awake, cough again--exhausting. Can't remember the last time I couldn't regulate my own body temperature. Have I mentioned this is rubbish? I'm a Time Lord. I give people chills, I don't experience the... the, where was I?

You and... I'd hazard a guess that Ianto's still well. That isn't a coincidence.

It's also a very big problem for me. I can't fight this off, not properly. It's very much like the flu, but it's impossible for me to catch any ordinary strands from this age on Earth.

I'm going to get worse, I think. Possibly only in terms of fussing, but I'll need you to do me a favour, if you can. Keep me in the TARDIS, hm?

I realize this isn't a constructive use of my sick days (from that job and school I don't go to yet), but I did the stupid thing and looked myself up. Or, looked my show up, because I'm too dead to be on it.

I'm not even sure what to think. I don't know how much stock I should put into this "fictional" thing? I'm uncomfortable attributing things to "writers" when it was a life I lived, but I don't know if blaming some all-powerful but ultimately fallible assholes turning me into a plot device will make me feel better. I have an entire life they never showed.

I never thought I'd just be the girl in the Smurfs t-shirt after I died.



Once this plague passes, I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and get a life.
