As the flu continues to spread rapidly through the city, I think it's quite important to outline, one again, the preventative measures and the steps you can take to avoid being sick.

Wash your hands often with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. Germs spread this way.

Try to avoid close contact with sick people.

Practice good health habits. Get plenty of sleep and exercise, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat healthy food.

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

If you are sick with flu-like illness, stay home for at least 24-48 hours after your fever is gone without the use of fever-reducing medicine.

At this time, antiviral drugs (oseltamivir (Tamiflu), zanamivir (Relenza), amantadine (Symmetrel), and rimantadine (Flumadine)) do not seem to keep the healthy healthy after exposure. For this reason, if you are believed to be sick, you will be quarantined to your Potts Tower bedroom as a means to keep the sickness from spreading throughout the tower. Food, medication and supplies will be provided for all quarantined residents.

If you have any questions or feel ill, please alert your Housing Assistant. We will need the help of everyone to keep the tower healthy and protected.

Not to alarm anyone, but whatever this flu is that's going around, it just successlly floored Captain America. He was fine yesterday, but he woke up this morning it really rough shape so -- his shit is pretty serious.

What is the meaning of this? Angels do not feel as humans do, they do not get sick as humans do. I should not be feeling these inflictions.

Here, I work for an organization that is trying to track down information about this flu that seems to be going around. As part of our investigation, we're interviewing recent Tesseract arrivals and I was wondering if you both would be willing to meet with me and answer some questions.

Dorcas, we're tracking down some leads on what might be causing this weird sickness going around. A running theory is that someone from the tesseract recently might be a carrier of something that doesn't get along with this world.

It seems almost like there are people in every country who are getting sick. I've checked a few and it's getting pretty crazy.

At least this gives me a chance to start watching shows I didn't have the time for before.

Jesus Ch All right. I'm going to put my Doctor hat on here for a second.

If you begin experiencing any flu-like symptoms (coughing, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, fever, chills, general fatigue, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea - although the latter two are more common in children), stay put in your apartment and let me know how you're feeling. I'll be making house calls to check you out and to give you suggestions on how to treat it. Certain segments of the population are at a higher risk for developing serious complications from influenza (children, pregnant women, anyone over the age of 65, those with certain medical conditions like heart disease or asthma), but that's not to say the rest of us shouldn't be careful.

Wash your hands. Wear a face mask. Cover coughs and sneezes. Stay away from other people. If you have a fever, you should stay at home for at least 24 hours after the fever is gone. You can treat fever and cough with over-the-counter medicines found at the store, but if you're sick, send someone who isn't sick out to do that for you. And remember to drink water and other clear liquids so you can prevent dehydration. I know there are a lot of us who are unfamiliar with this kind of illness, so I hope this helps. If you have any questions or concerns, let me or another staff member from the clinic know.

I mean it when I say stay put. Even if you never get sick. Listen to your doc. I know what I'm talking about.
