If my being here is somebody else's screw-up, I'm laying the blame on one Sam Alexander and Peter Parker. If anyone sees them, please tell them that they're going to pay for me potentially missing my classes.

Okay, between the research I've done and a recommendation I was given, I'm figuring you all might be the best people to talk to about what's going on with me. At least, I hope so because this is driving me nuts. Or more nuts, depending on your point of view.

I'm seeing ghosts or spirits or whatever you want to call them. I can see them, talk to them and I'm starting to get this feeling I might be able to do a bit more than that because when I got irritated by them the other day and told them all to fuck off, they did. And I don't think it was by choice from some of the offended looks I got when they eventually came back.

The thing is... they've all been pretty benign so far. Friendly even. But they've warned me away from some places and when I've gone near those places, I can feel that there's something in there that... isn't so friendly.

It looks like this thing isn't going away and I'm a soldier. If I have a skill, I've got to train it. Can any of you help?

So, any update on the research?

Well, now that the venue has been booked and most matters attended to, I think it's about time I nailed this up in a church lobby:

On May 24th, 2015 -- Tony Stark and I will be getting married. I'll be my second marriage, and his first. I know some of you have already been made aware, but I wanted to just have it said.

I could not be happier. Tony is the most incredible person and the most incredible friend that I could have asked for and I look forward to spending however many years we're given here together. I love him, and I feel endlessly lucky to have found him here.

I know it can be hard here, to form relationships and lose the people that we love without a moment's notice. I know that finding love comes with a great risk here, and I hope no one ever gives up on the idea of happiness because of the uncertainty of this place. Life is short wherever it's lived. And you will always regret what you don't say, what you don't do, far more than you will ever regret taking the moment, no matter how brief it might be. We are not at the mercy of our emotions, they are ours to cultivate. And I wish everyone here that deserves it, only happiness.

To celebrate, and certainly as a token of our affection and appreciation for our friends and for the Potts Tower refugees, we'll be hosting an engagement party this coming Saturday night, at Parker's. 21+ with an open bar from 10 until midnight. I hope to see you all there.

This world has continued to be most welcoming as I have settled in. And I have been granted the blessing of my friends joining me so soon after my own arrival.

I was speaking with Ms. Munroe as I was signing up for my classes and was struck with an idea. For those who would be interested, I will be opening up time during my daily meditations to share my love of yoga. If you have an interest, please contact the ESD to sign up. If no one does, well, the time will not be wasted regardless. It is an art that is good for centering the body as well as the mind.

I suddenly have a lot of time freed up and the need to get a job. Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who's kickass and awesome but doesn't have any work experience other than guarding vampires?

So. The other day I had like, this, weird deja vu thing. And I thought it was just, I don't know, me being weird, but then a couple of nights ago, I had a deja vu thing again. I was at Sam's, making a drink and I sort of - I don't know, vision-y (?) see this guy ordered a drink, I brought him the drink, and he yelled that it was the wrong one. Which, it wasn't. And then like, fifteen minutes later, it pretty much happened.

And tonight, I saw myself losing my key in the elevator, like I dropped it and it slid between the floor of the elevator and the floor of the door? And guess who's missing a key? Chuck had to let me in.

I thought it was just a freak thing, but now I'm beginning to wonder cause it keeps happening.

I guess technically today I've been here a month, although I didn't really wake-up until the 4th so I don't really remember having been here for that full month. I think I'm getting used to it though.

And these pumpkin spice latte things? Those I could definitely take back to a galaxy far far away with me.

I guess I should celebrate being here a month, since it's pretty much a month longer than I live at home, and I kinda should do that with people, maybe. I don't really know what people to do to celebrate things around here though. Party seems like over-kill and hard to explain to Uncle Luke, plus there's bits of astromech droid shell all over the apartment.
