I believe I caused some amusement at the Indian restaurant I often frequent when I do not feel inclined to cook for myself. The owner and I have had many discussions about their food, which I find quite flavorful and well-spiced but somewhat mild in terms of its application of chilli. Last night they served me a vindaloo which I found quite adequate on that score but I am told it would have been all but inedible for the vast majority of humans. Certainly the reaction of the staff and the other regulars did support that statement. The owner, Manish, said that now that he has an idea of what I find adequate in terms of 'heat', he'll tailor anything they cook for me to suit.

I am done moping around about Elsa being gone. I miss her every day, but I'm here and staying curled up in bed all day, or crying and eating all the ice cream won't bring her or Olaf back. I've tried

We've talked about it once or twice while Elsa was still here, and now I think I want to go ahead and do it - go and visit sick children in the hospital. That is something that is allowed, right? I can do that on Saturdays or Sundays and it won't interfere with my school work.

I found a gym that teaches all kinds of weird classes like parkour and capoeira. That'd probably be super useful for me as a vigilante crime fighter, but I think I'm going to take the aerial silks class in case I ever want to be a cirque de soleil performer.

Anne Blythe, Steve Rogers and a number of others went up to a couple's retreat at a hotel and fairgrounds a few weeks back, she's been accused by the owner of the establishment -- Lord Anthony Baskerville. -- of stealing one of his greyhounds. At which point she tapped us to help her find a way out of this mess.

So we're heading to the Hercule Poirot Fairground & Racetrack. We're going to be staying at the Redfern hotel, which is where the dog allegedly disappeared from. We'll be staying overnight on October 2nd, and possibly longer, depending on what we find while we're out there. Pack a bag.
