Last night was the 'series finale' of the show I'm from. I was so sure that I was going to find myself confused and at a loss for what was next but all I feel is relief. Relief that it's over and that the future is what I make of it and not what the writers say it is. For those whose source material has ended how did you feel about that once you found out? Did it leave you with more questions than answers? Or give you a sense of peace?

I spoke some with Dr. Strange and it seems he was contacted by C'baoth the other night. Or at least if it wasn't, it was someone doing a pretty decent job at an impersonation. So we can see if he's had any further contact.

After Dr. Strange's experience, I attempted to reach out myself - but I didn't get anywhere very quickly. I think right now the only thing we can say is that he's keeping a low profile, at least, lower than the apes are doing apparently. At least we aren't on ape du

Max and Lucky were the cutest dogs ever! They almost make me wanna get a puppy here. Probably unlikely, but I'd love to dogsit them if you go out of town for a while or something.

The date for my GED test has been set. At seven in the morning on the 16th and 17th of June, I'll make my way to the testing center. With any luck, I'll know my scores and whether I passed that evening, and as I am choosing to believe rather fervently that I am going to pass with flying colors and thus cement my acceptance into Greyburn College (it's tentative, right now, conditional on my test scores), I would like to plan a dinner out to celebrate. Would anyone like to join me the evening of the 18th of June?

I haven't been able to bring myself to visit the garage sale that SHIELD is holding in the tower; earlier this month I found myself in possession of a cunning grey leather bag -- which, unfortunately for me, contained little balls of fur which turned into rats. With Fandral's help I was able to get the rats back in the bag, but the entire incident has put me off looking through the items that they are trying to sell.

And finally, will anyone else be taking the self-defense class that Mulan will be holding soon? I'll be taking it, and while I am not averse to not knowing anyone, these things are always more easily done in the company of friends and acquaintances.

So, I've been turned over like a rock someone found in a shoe by a bunch of men in suits, pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed, possibly numbered, then told to sit here and introduce myself to a mass of people on the internet. This is the strangest dimension that I didn't have a hand in.

So what next? I'd really rather not be institutionalized, even if it is by a very angry herd of bureaucrats.

Though I think I have a good idea why I'm here.

The first person who calls me humourless or mean for taking SHIELD-mite's trading cards has to buy me dinner. Anyway, you guys should probably take a look at the dozen cards I got. I mean seriously, I don't even know what to make of this...

First up, we've got the stunning Black Widow and Hawkeye cards. Clint, I like that yours is purple. I'm sure it speaks to you.

And then Coulson it looks like I've got a few from your team -- May, Ward, Triplett and I also got Fitz.

Director Fury, Deputy Director Hill it also looks like I picked up your cards, too (I think they both speak for themselves) -- as well as Sitwell's and Hand's. Agent Hand, I don't know about you, but I sure found your card pretty funny...

I am so happy that I'm here. I'm grateful for my family and friends. I miss Aunt Anna and Aunt May, of course, but I get to see my daughter. She's wonderful and so smart not at all like m but -- and of course there's a but -- I feel like I have missed everything in her life. I never even got to see her before she was taken away. I never got to hold her in my arms or burp her or even change a diaper -- and that's not me complaining about changing Dani for the record -- but it's different when it's your own. We had a whole room that we spent time making up together, and she never even got to use it. It took me months to take every We took those stupid birthing classes together. I never got to see her first steps and I don't even know what her first word was. I never got to have the birds and the bees talk with her, or comforted her when she got her first period. I just wish I could see all of that.

I'm sorry to dump this on you. I didn't wanna drop it on Peter, because he'd go feeling bad about it, like it was somehow his fault. I just needed to get it out.
