As you may or may not know there has been a bit of an up tick in vampiric activity in the last few weeks and SHIELD is looking to reinstate the Vampire Task Force. Before I make any formal approaches, I want to hear from you about who we should ask and anyone else we should invite who wasn't involved last time.

I am aware, at least peripherally, about the situation with Angelus. I get the feeling I'm being left out of some stuff and I don't have a problem with that for the moment. What I do need to know is the basics of what's happening, how close you are to catching him, whether he's likely to start chowing down on innocent locals and what you'd like me to do on an official basis before my hand gets forced.

Buffy, I want to give you a chance to catch him and shove his soul back into him. He deserves that chance from everything I've seen of him while he's been here. But there's only so long I can hold the official side back, especially if we start seeing more of your style of vampire appearing. So if you and your friends could catch him quickly, I, for one, would really appreciate it!

It looks as if we have an opportunity to possibly bring Angelus in. We're putting together a small group including those of us who know him best and hopefully will be best able to subdue him.

Currently, Buffy and myself are certainly going to be there. Gunn, Faith, and Caroline - you've all had experience fighting Angelus, or vampires from our universe. We'd like to have you join us as back-up.

Willow and Dawn, you two will be our communication should we need back-up or require any additional people to come in.

Currently we're looking at 11pm; Strawberry Fields, in Central Park. Angelus is planning to meet Dorian Gray, and we're going to be tagging along.

I don't think it needs to be said, but we're trying to capture, not kill.
