this New York, they're similar enough, so I've compiled a list of what you need to know to survive here:

Jean Georges on Central Park West is the place to go for a decent Sunday brunch. Hats not required, but don't be the person caught without.
- Box seats are not an impossible dream provided you speak to the right person, spin the right yarn (tragedy sells, but only with a stiff-upper-lip and
do not cry) and tip well.
Very well.
- Never take the first newspaper in the stack at a news stand; that's disgusting.
- Monday is the new Friday.
- Don't admit to going to a warehouse party in Bushwick, but go. Everyone eventually does.
- A "bodega" is a convenience store.
- Do
not pronounce Houston Street like the city in Texas.
Besides all that, make friends, and have a good time! This is one of the best cities in the world.
