I hope you are well. I have heard about what's going on, but I wasn't sure if you were helping or not. There is someone I would like you to meet. A friend from home. I think you would get along splendidly.

How are you fitting in? Perhaps we should have lunch? Food has greatly improved, especially here in America.

This don't look like the New York that I remember, but it smells a damn sight better, so I'm coming down on the side of taking my blessings where I can find them. Nice to see that electricity's stuck around, too.

One question, though. Anyone tell me where I can find a blacksmith in this shiny new New York of yours?

Being a man for such a short time certainly gave me perspective on things. Also it helped take my mind off of the things that have happened to me.

Back home I have lost a dear friend, and turned away from God completely. I'm quite sure that I've also lost the only person who has ever actually loved me. My world seems to be bleak back home.

I'm not sure how to combat it, except not to think about such things.

It's been some time since Easter so I thought I would extend the invitation now that some more new people have seemed to arrive and changes have happened. For any who would wish to attend Mass tomorrow morning, you are more than welcome to join us.

Well, as much as I enjoyed the sneak preview of what it'll be like to be a giant head in a jar, I'm very glad to be back to normal. Ianto would have loved all that. He'd have laughed so much.

I know better than to just ignore things like this. Most will say that it was my imagination, or a trick of the light as the electricity wavered. I know what I saw.
