There. That should be everyone. I know that we've taken some substantial losses today, but I just wanted to say that we'll make it through this. We always do. We're Avengers. Carol would be trying to make us do drills right about now to take our minds off it. Wolverine would be drinking too much and pretending not to care.

In the spirit of that, I'd like to invite you all down to Sam's for sodas or booze for drinks to Wolverine and Carol. We'll see them again.

Well against my better judgment, I signed up my open mic night this week at Sam's. Never have I suddenly felt more anxiety. Ugh, this place. (This world, I mean. Not Sam's. Love Sam's.) But anyway, if you want to see me perform and play guitar in those rare occasions that I actually do, because my fellow band members are not around... stop by Friday night!

My darling colleagues, some of whom are also my friends... you have no choice, muahaha.

I want to start singing again. Or need to. It was therapeutic almost, and there was nothing that made me relax more after a long hard week at work than getting on the stage with my boys. (I miss them too but not everything is possible to have back.) I doubt its going to be that easy to get as much of a crowd as I used to get back then, but I have to start somewhere, right?
