So, all right. I had a favour to ask you the other day, but then I got called away on Avengers business. But I'm all set up to do a speech at Todai in Bunkyo, Tokyo. I keep putting it off and rescheduling, but Howard -- maybe you'd like to do it?

In other news, I know it's a little early, but since I'm trying to figure out who I need to swindle to get a Belgian ban on the Avengers lifted, I've had some time so -- might as well get this out of the way. Since I converted the mansion into my own personal Avengers party pad. I bought this back for you. Might not be exactly how you left it. I sold it to Ivana Marie Zelníčková in the 90s, and it belongs to Stark Industries, not you but -- you know.

Back in New York again for a day and already I've gotten, 'Happy Anniversary to you, Doctor!' Blimey. Ten years, is it? Suppose I ought to stick around the city much longer and see what other things I've missed.

I am so terribly sorry to anyone on the 12th floor whose lights I accidentally put out yesterday. I undoubtedly should have chosen a better place to try out the Deluminator the tesseract sent me. I was just so fascinated by it. Amazing to think I will make it!

The tesseract has been good enough to send through a few of my books. Perhaps if I stay here long enough, I might end up with the entire contents of my library at home and at Hogwarts.
