Okay, never celebrated this before and I think the last time we were able to celebrate anything was New Year's because we were too busy running all over the universes.

If you guys have plans for Thanksgiving dinner, that's cool, but we all have to eat more than one meal a day, sooo breakfast at my place?

I just spent about half an hour in the Grey Art Gallery, and I met this sap in the Ernest Cole exhibit, offered to by my a drink. We're not in the bar half hour before he takes off - I don't know where - leaves his wallet. I'm gonna turn it in, but it's got about $500 cash in it.

It's not every day that one lands on Earth and is offered a spacious apartment for free. Perhaps the Avengers I have encountered previously could learn a thing from these ones. I'm grateful for the fresh start, though if we could find a way to summon my ship, I'd be even more grateful.

FILTERED TO NEW SHIELD -- HIGHER UPS:

Captain America contacted me. They had a run-in with a 1950s era Stark robot in the hands of HYDRA. They traced that robot to a base in Virginia, which turned out to be an active HYDRA site where they're experimenting on human beings.

Steve's asked me if we have anyone -- a scientist preferably with a background in genetics -- we could send in to do some recon. They don't know how far this experimentation has gone, and I think it's something we need before anyone goes in there to clean the base out. Any suggestions?

I did it, like I said I would. I called them this morning, and I'll be on the float in the parade. They were actually very understanding when I fold them that I wouldn't sing, but I'll smile and wave and do my magic, and it will be worth it because of the children, and because I'll be able to start putting aside money for our futures.

I'm so nervous.

Now, Pepper's closet has a really nice selection of clothes, but sometimes a girl needs to splurge a little. I know that the holiday shopping season starts in a couple of weeks, but I want to go now. Would anyone like to go along?

Speaking of the holiday season, we don't celebrate these particular ones in Arendelle, and everything I've read makes them seem rather solemn. Are they really? I know Jack's said that Christmas is for children, but surely it can't be just for them? Halloween certainly wasn't.

Okay, lie. Cause, I was stuck on turkey and she was actually talking about the whole powers thing that I should talk to you about, but then when I realised she wasn't talking about turkey, I thought to myself, but Giles could help with Thanksgiving dinner too. So, you want to help me make Thanksgiving dinner for everyone? But we can't tell Willow or we can tell her that we'll be watching We Shall Remain on thanksgiving and there will be food provided.

I used to feel that I was alone, even in a crowded ballroom, but this is a different alone, and one that I wish to never experience again. I want to go home.

Thanksgiving is coming up and all I can think about is no work for a few days and shopping. I'm probably going to need to go yo the gym after eating all my sisters food!

Time of year again where I wish my friends and family were here. Holidays are so depressing when you have to spend them alone.

So Wesley asked me the other day if you were interested in patrolling-- which is basically our version of hunting in the city-- with the other refugees who deal with the supernatural. I used to be a part of it, but hunting is kind of a conflict of interest for me now. Legally speaking.

How's it going?

November is turning out to be such an exciting month with several reasons to celebrate. First, mine and Kate's first wedding anniversary was the first. Then we were officially married in "the real world" aka on TV last week. Lastly, today is Kate's birthday!

All right, I think we've finally gathered enough examples and residual psychic imprints of this city's primary language to do a reconstruction. I'll need a little more time to complete it, so please nobody decide to knock me out of the air while I'm meditating (the floating helps).

Anyone who gets the language download, you can expect to feel a sort of mental exhaustion like when you've spent too long studying something without a break. I want to confirm who is volunteering for it and who is required to have it before I get started on that part of things.
