I now have a job. Starting tonight I'm the new bouncer at Fangtasia. Too bad I wasn't there on Hallowween, I hear it got pretty interesting.

I can't tell you how strange it was to see people dressed up as my father on the streets for Haloween. Even stranger was the fact that one of them came up to me and said "Luke...I am your father." There are some advantages to being older and not looking like I did when I was nineteen. The poor drunk soul had no idea that they'd just spoken to the person they were making a joke about.

They tell me the next holiday involves turkeys?

There are exactly three weeks until my birthday. Normally didn't give much shit for it back in my world, but hey, I'm enjoying the hell out of this world so every birthday counts! And because I know that those really awesome and wonderful people that I call my friends are probably wondering what to get me...thought I'd drop some hints.

I just remembered that one of my favorite days of the year is coming up! I can't wait to go shopping on Black Friday! I had a lot of fun shopping last year. The same with Cyber Monday. So much shopping and so many deals!

Now that it is November and seeing signs of Thanksgiving (and Christmas) has made me homesick for Stars Hollow and all the town activities and festivals from this time of year.

I meant to ask a couple of days ago, but seeing you on Halloween reminded me that I wanted to ask you a question, if that is okay with you.

We all have lists of things we want to do before we die. Places we want to visit. As of last month I can officially check off visiting and exploring Amsterdam on my own. What are some of your "to do's" and what inspired you to put them on your list?
