Hey, Sam. This is Audrey. And Ichabod, but I'm sure you figured he'd be around. I'd talked to her about supernatural training for the NYPD, and what I'm thinking is that we write up a proposal detailing our experiences and what we've found to be lacking as far as police response goes in our worlds and this one, and what we'd do differently. You'll know more about this world than we do right now, Sam, and we have experience dealing with our precincts not being prepared to handle threats that are supernatural in nature. I think between the four of us, we have a pretty thorough background in fighting things most people don't even believe in. The more we can help, the less likely it is that someone will panic in the face of something new.

So that guy who got a lot of people out of that Vermont mental institute was there last night. Calls himself the Scarecrow, played fast and dirty with the fear gas bombs. Seriously, who does that shit in a place where there's going to be a fuckload of kids? The Tesseract got him, though, so who the hell knows if he's back or if he's staying gone from here.

But there's a hell of a lot of people at Beloit right now and I don't know if there's even a cure for that stuff. We got anyone who might know about that, or who knows where to look into it?

There aren't many weekends I spend away from the city when coming back really feels like a good idea, and this one seems to have been particularly interesting - which, with all due sympathy to everyone who hung around, makes it an excellent time to have been very much out of town. (Even if there was only one day it didn't rain.)

Now it's back to the grind, I suppose, but if anyone else is feeling nostalgic for somewhere with slightly less sky-high NOx emissions, I've brought back the obligatory slide show.
