There's no easy way to say this without just ripping the band-aid off, so here goes. Some of you may know me as Alice Liddel, from the series Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. That is not me. It's been recently brought to my attention that SHIELD, upon our arrival here, inserted a tracking device into our arm/shoulder. Given the nature of our work and it's sensitivity concerning privacy, I've elected to have mine removed. If anyone else would like to do the same, please let me know and I'll schedule a time with me to have Joan remove it.

Do not attempt to take it out yourself. Remember what happens when you try to remove the security tags from stolen articles of clothing. Imagine that -- except with more potential infection and death.

I've been feeling a bit restless this past week. I know I'm just homesick, and there's not much I can do about it now. But I was thinking about taking a camping trip once I get my schedule worked out. I think it'll be good to get out of the city for a while. I knew I'd mist the forest, but I never imagined I would actually miss Storybrooke. If only my Gran could read that, I can very easily imagine some sort of "I told you so." look. It's almost a trademark of hers.

Most of these are absolutely true. Except that my icebox has more than just takeaway in it, because 1) I've been away for two weeks and 2) my flatmate is brilliant in the kitchen. It quite accurately describes that state of things in my flat back in London, however.

Luckily for those times when I have to attend potlucks, I'm ace at buying amazing baked goods or sweet talking Lily into making them for me.

In light of the news today, I've done my own digging to figure out how this location data was being tracked. I've found that there's a small implant in the upper arm of the refugees, where the medical inoculation was administered upon your arrival. I've got medical knowledge enough to know how to remove these trackers, if you need.

Take it out now before someone figures out the frequency to track you. If they haven't already
