Okay, remind me why I want to own my own inn.... I mean, seriously. I've had some nasty customers, but this woman took the cake today. She wanted to book the hotel for an entire weekend, she's got a wedding here and she wanted to hold a bunch of rooms for some of her family and whatnot. I said, fine, we can do that. I asked her how many rooms she wanted, and how nice she wanted them to be, you know, things I have to know. So, she tells me that she wants some suites, and single rooms. She wants them all together if possible. I tell her that I can't give them to her all together, because some of the suites next to each other are already booked. But that I can still give them to her if she's willing to have them on adjoining floors. And she explodes at me, yells at me for 15 minutes about how I've ruined her wedding. She says that she and her fiancee already have a lot going against them since they're lesbians anyway, and she just wanted everything to be perfect.
She doesn't even let me respond, she hung up on me. I was like.... are you serious, lady? I just shook my head and moved on, I mean, I can't change anything if she's not willing to work with me. Sometimes.. wow.
