So, since I plan to keep my promises or at least try, I've given up smoking. For several hours now. Impressive, huh?

Ran out and got a bag of tootsie roll pops, and I've had one in my mouth pretty much nonstop. Not sure it's really helping, but it's a start, right?

Anyone else have any tips? I'm weak willed, so anything that'll make this easier is much appreciated.
