Okay, here's a kind of scary thought: between starting a new job and the holidays I've been so busy that I can almost forget this isn't my New York. Is there a word for alternate dimension Stockholm syndrome?

So these horse ghosts got me thinking - Does anyone have stories about a scary old woman/man who lived on a hill in their home town growing up? Or a Shrieking Shack type establishment that you dared/were dared to enter, vandalise or visit the cellar of?

You know, local ghost stories or weird things, like The Bell Witch?

It’s pretty open so if your character would have wandered into the thirteenth floor tonight they would have been welcome to stay around.

I made an attempt to participate in American Christmas traditions this year. I even assisted with the decorating of Potts Tower -- however, it seems as though my efforts have been in vain, as no one has yet found the Christmas Pickle I hid among the lights, garlands and ...Shelven elves.

Is there a purpose for resolutions being made at the beginning of the year? I have only seen people list tasks that would seem like a year-long or even a life-long goal, so I'm wondering if people would still call it a "New Year's resolution" months later.

It seems that Striker was somehow convinced that I own all the dogs at the adoption center and that is why he gifted me with a dog's hoodie. It's still appreciated, but I am not sure they would agree to sharing so I decided to give it to our most recent addition, Zeus.

He seems quite taken by me that my boss even offered to let me bring him home with me for a short while. I have not decided yet considering I wouldn't want it to get attached to a setting when I can't even predict if I will be here tomorrow. But I might just take him for a walk around the city, so I'll bring him by for a visit if you want.

Crotch-rocket motorcycles aren't your thing, are they? I have two now. One that you once brought for me on my birthday here that I fixed up with some help from Ben Reilly and Steve Rogers, and then one that came in recently.

Soooo after all that Christmas shopping and then some for New Year's and some general making sure I have enough clothes so I'm not wearing the same shirt four days in a row...
