You guys should know that my team and I ran into the Venom symbiote last night. We don't know much, but there were tiny versions of some superheroes we know in our world there as well. There was a skirmish between them and the symbiote.

Last time the symbiote was spotted, you guys called an Avengers meeting, so I'm leaving it to you guys. I haven't had much contact with it, so someone who knows it better should know about it.

Hello Parkers and Reilly and Drew. Next week is your birthdays. Four of you. Coincidentally, three of those are on Tuesday which is our regular family dinner anyway, so I was thinking we could do a fancy thing as a family, regular family dinner or we could have a small gathering downstairs in the club. I've got the projector and I could hook the XBox Kinect up, and we can Fruit Ninja/Double Fine Happy Action Theater/Dance the night away with finger foods and root beer.

Either way, you're free to invite whoever you want. I was hoping not to have to shell out for a huge party this time, finances are a little awkward with the club these days, but I want you four to have fun. You pick: regular family dinner with cake, fancy going out dinner, or arcade shindig.

UPDATE: Connors will be released, officially on Friday. He'll have the weekend to review the terms of his work release and grow accustomed to the surveillance requirements. Most importantly, he'll have a few days with his family.

But that means that next week it when the real fun begins. Connors will be taking over as lead of the project, once he familiarizes himself with the centre and the staff, and obviously, he'll get the chance to meet all of you. If you have any questions or concerns about how this is going to work -- ask me now so we can get some of that out of the way.

Additionally, thus far we've been a pretty closed group, given the nature of the project and how personal it is for some individuals involved, myself included, but there is a lot of untapped talent with the refugees, and I was wondering how everyone felt about opening it up and asking for volunteers or recruits. Obviously, we don't have to talk about the details of the motives behind the project, but we're all a team now so let's start hashing some of this out.

I spoke to Harry, I told him what the project is right now and where we stand. We've got about a week -- two, max, to finalize a location and gather at least the bare bones of a team so we can have Connors properly released.

So, like. If you want, this would be a good time for you to have your bother clear the air with Osborn, if he wants to be involved.

I also told Harry that now -- or soon -- might be a good time for him to let his Peter know there's a problem. Before he finds out from someone else.

Where: Beloit Psychiatric Hospital: While investigations at Ravencroft continue after the death of one of their doctors and the escape of Max Dillon, some of the occupants have been transfered to Beloit, Dr. Curtis Connors among them.
What: Because of his familiarity with the disease that killed Norman Osborn, Connors is approached by Peter Parker to ask if he’d be interested in heading a new research team to dive back into the very same project that turned him into a giant sewer dwelling monster. Awkward.
