I love this time of year.

Sometimes it's hard to tell what's Christmas-oriented and what's an advertisement in some parts of the city, but this time of year is hard not to enjoy. Though it sure seems pretty warm for it to really be December.

With being in the Star Wars Shakespeare play, I've gotten to wondering if my old energy shield could have stopped a lightsaber blade. Sadly it got destroyed back home but still. It makes me curious if the shield would stop the blade or not.

I'll admit, I had to do a double-take while I was walking down the street today. Looks like Halloween season has started already. That, or the con for comics is already underway.
