I found a place with amazing raw fish! And then I was told about sushi. So now I would like to know where has the best sushi around, if anyone has suggestions! I'm not sure about rice, but I'm willing to try it.

I think I'm finally settled in, and I'd like to throw a party to see everyone/get to know everyone better. When would work best for you all? I know that I may be asking for a lot to get a day everyone can show up, but I'm going to try anyway!

You know, the last time I was able to watch the World Cup was in 1938, in France, a year before the war broke out. It was quite exciting, being there in person for a good portion of the matches. My wife and I attended, using the time as a holiday and a chance to spend more time in France than we'd been able to before that year. I must say that I am quite gratified that it is all shown on the television now. Perhaps I'll still be here in four years, and will be able to visit Russia to see it then. I've never been to Russia; there's always been too much unrest during my lifetime to make the trip a reality.

I've done my research, and I understand that this weekend is Pride. Well, jolly good -- I do mean that. I'm not able to attend any of the festivities myself, but do know that I'm with you in spirit. It's certainly not up to the rest of us to tell others how to live their lives.

Have you been keeping up with the news? I feel like we should be doing something.

For the students currently studying away, I've packed a lot of snacks in the PTYC for more "brain power" as they say. Lots of grains and blueberries for you to snack on while you're hard at work. Also, thank you to those that offered ideas about what we can do for our new arrivals. Plans are being made, but there won't be any announcements until summer break starts.

I will log in to the network to see what shenanigans have been happening during my absence.' Imagine my surprise when I see references to Steve Rogers as a wanted fugitive? You know, today is one of those days when I'm really glad I can apparating. Venturing outside would be a right pain in the arse, otherwise.

Proof my life is glamorous: A surprise trip in a TARDIS to spend the holiday weekend with elephants only to return home sick and almost throw up on my new case when dispatch calls me out at 3 a.m. I don't think our medical examiner is ever going to forgive me. Or Dyson, for that matter.

Back from an impromptu holiday. Nothing like dipping your toes in white sand beaches that no one else has touched. It's a shame I can't live there, though. At least for a few months while I deal with my boyfriend's sudden return via Tesseract. I didn't think it'd be this hard, but it is.

At least I bounce back quickly. I think this might take some time though
