I picked a good day to start my new job. I nearly drowned getting here. After everything I've been through, drowning on the way to a job in a bodega would be a pretty sucky way to go. Don't know how long I'll stay in this job but hey, it's money and a reason to get up every day until I figure out what I want to do with myself.

I'm beginning to subscribe to postmodernist theories regarding the non-existence of history or reality, given how relative it all seems to be. Has anyone had the chance to listen to the The Unresolved Podcast's special on the Skywalker family? None of it's true in the universe I existed in. But it's as probable, in the multiverse, as anything else.

Waking up to the sound of rain hitting the windows always makes me feel like I'm back in Wales.
