It'll be low-key, and no hard feelings if anyone says no, but I'll be having Thanksgiving catered at my place for any of you who don't have other plans. They'll bring food and clean it up later, so nobody has to do anything except show up and relax. There's not a lot I'm thankful for in the world, but the lot of you are up there.

I know it's not a holiday some of you observe, but hey, food and company is a pretty decent reason to get together, right?

So I know today's my three year anniversary. And we all came about the same time. I don't know, I thought maybe we should do something.

But not tonight, and I guess maybe not this week with Thanksgiving and things.

You know it is the strangest thing. A member of SWORD and I have taken to occasionally watching Midgardian films in the slower parts of the day. And we had just recently watched one with brawls and snapping and singing called the Story of West Side.

Perhaps the tesseract took a shine to it.

well the weirdo singing stuff is done with. i'm still figuring out if it was good or bad to not have a voice because at one hand; bunch of songs i don't know but on the other hand; it looked kinda fun.

but in the meantime i'm trying my hand at making pie. not from scratch, not yet, so hopefully it'll turn out okay. don't worry though, katniss and prim, i did buy a pie just in case i mess this up. coulda done cake, but yeah no.

If anyone is looking for a more fulfilling way to spend part of their Thanksgiving, I'll be helping to hand out meals as a local shelter and would appreciate some assistance.
