The Doorway: a panfandom game

I can't say aquariums are the first things that pop into my head when I think about decorating my bedroom. It all looks really similar to expensive though. I'm not sure I even know how to take care of fish, so any tips on what I'm dealing with now would be helpful.

There is a lot that I've more or less gotten used to, like seeing my Dad or Darth Vader everywhere, and that I've seen the faces of family in everything from cereal boxes to beach chairs - Rikki don't open those honey grahams with the Yoda faces cause I want them for this weekend okay? - but I honestly do not get how that slave bikini is one of the most iconic pictures of my mom here.

This is not something she chose to wear for sexy times with my Dad (that would be a different problematic - but mostly my issues). It's something that was put on her by a piece of Hutt slime for his pleasure, because he wanted her to know he owned her. It's not sexy (and I'm not just saying that because it's my mom). It is slavery. This photo plays off the image of an enslaved woman whose body is being sold for the pleasure of men. And I know, she's just a fictional character to them, but this world does have sex trafficking, and that is real, and there are women in this world that are impacted by it and it's not sexy. And this isn't either.

Also, I may have made as many stupid lightsaber jokes as the next hormonal teenage Jedi, but I can't look at that picture without being distracted by the fact that the lightsaber should be burning her head off. So. There's also that.

The moral to this story is... the Internet is dangerous even if you stay off of Tumblr. I haven't even had coffee yet.

Odin has sent an ambassador. She goes by the name Sigyn and is claiming that Odin would have Parker Robbins extradited and tried for crimes against Asgard.

Obviously I don't have extradition paperwork for Asgard just lying around.

It would probably start an intergalactic incident if I detained this woman. Everything previously has come through Thor though.

We have a guest among us from Asgard. Sigyn is an ambassador and is here on the behalf of Odin.

Everyone is to be on their best behavior.

As preparations continue I wanted to send out a reminder about the Stark Expo that will be coming up. It is an opportunity for scientists and engineers to be able to display and discuss their work on a global stage that isn't just for our own community but also for the public at large. It's a display of what we are capable of and what the future of this world can hold.

Bennett and myself will be running a pavilion that is specifically devoted to displaying the work of women of the different industries within the scientific community.

We have a lot of new faces and I think refugees have a vast amount of potential to do good within the scientific community of this world given our different technologies and perspectives. If you're interested in Stark Expo, let me know and I'd be happy to help.

You know a few weeks ago you mentioned it was nice to see each other since it seems like most of the faces that arrived around the same time as us have disappeared. And I know you've suffered several losses recently.

We haven't been very close, but with how few of us there are left that have last this long, perhaps you would be willing to change that? We know a good place for lunch if you're interested.
