This snow reminds of home. Well, Haven and Skyhold anyway. Though I suppose Skyhold was more home than anywhere else I'd been living in the last ten years. I never minded the snow and cold though. Probably why I never got around to reminding Josephine about the hole in my roof.

But most people call me Death the Kid, Kiddo, Kid, whatever you'd like, really, since my father was Lord Death longer than I've been so far.

All right. Now that our powers seem all returned and stable and everything. Let's talk.

It took me a long time to figure out that I could even do the forcefield thing, so it's pretty cool that that's already in your repertoire. And I'm thinking since the basis of your powers seems to be a lot like the basis of mine, I might be able to show you a few more tricks of the trade, if you're interested.

There's a lot to be said about being a team's most powerful means of defence, but there's a way for you to use those forcefields of yours to go on the offensive, and I can show you how.
