I've a working prototype.

Sometimes I do miss the craziness in my life. The kinds of killers we went after always had something to it, something that meant we were needed. No dramatic drunks or gang warfare. But that craziness is something people needed to be protected from, something to be stopped. This place has its own kind of crazy. Turn on the tv and see your neighbor crazy. People get younger, older, all sorts of shenanigans. But all of that is something done to people. And good crazy isn't like that.

My kinds of good crazy? Kickboxing, mahjong, salsa dancing. I have even explored the kitchen. What's yours? What's next? I might try pottery. And if any of you liked the above, they're better done with other people. Punching bags don't duck.

I've been here almost a week now and I keep expecting to be taken back but that doesn't seem to be happening. That means I need to start thinking about a job. I'm not sure where to look though. Does anyone need a biologist/geneticist/MD who has worked with metahumans?

Not exactly a resume that's going to get me a job in New York is it?

So, the boy goes off somewhere for work, and this little apartment got cleaner. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to work the opposite way around.
