Christmas in a week!

The decorations around the Tower are beautiful! And while I do truly miss my family back home I can't seem to have any regrets here. I know they're happy back home, but it would have been nice to celebrate with my brother.

I had a blast at the auction, but does anyone know how much money we were able to raise? It was a great crowd and I hope we were able to meet our goal!

Now I'm really in a baking mood.

Well, that auction was great fun, wasn't it? Hah! Ought to do that every year. Good to know what people think I'm worth monetarily.

Good year! Very good year. Unexpectedly so. Slight drawbacks, war and all--never fond of that--but really. Can't complain. Has anyone got an idea of where I can buy little paper crowns? Do like those, need them for Christmas since I'll actually be celebrating it this time. Looking forward to that. Question is, do I celebrate it here or somewhere else?
