If you feel the need to remind yourself of how old you really are, don't forget that Starbucks is celebrating the frappuccino's 20th birthday with a special limited time flavor: birthday cake. 5 days only. Get it while you can.

As for me, I'll just be crying into my sad cup of plain black coffee tomorrow morning, wondering where exactly the last two decades went.

I want to thank you for the way you treated Roland when he fell ill. And I know Robin is thankful as well. Hearing him laugh eased our worries for that brief period of time.

Also, the night that Roland fell ill you mentioned that pregnant women can suffer complications from the flu. If it isn't too much trouble I was wondering if you had the time to check that everything is as it should be?

Jesus Ch All right. I'm going to put my Doctor hat on here for a second.

If you begin experiencing any flu-like symptoms (coughing, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, fever, chills, general fatigue, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea - although the latter two are more common in children), stay put in your apartment and let me know how you're feeling. I'll be making house calls to check you out and to give you suggestions on how to treat it. Certain segments of the population are at a higher risk for developing serious complications from influenza (children, pregnant women, anyone over the age of 65, those with certain medical conditions like heart disease or asthma), but that's not to say the rest of us shouldn't be careful.

Wash your hands. Wear a face mask. Cover coughs and sneezes. Stay away from other people. If you have a fever, you should stay at home for at least 24 hours after the fever is gone. You can treat fever and cough with over-the-counter medicines found at the store, but if you're sick, send someone who isn't sick out to do that for you. And remember to drink water and other clear liquids so you can prevent dehydration. I know there are a lot of us who are unfamiliar with this kind of illness, so I hope this helps. If you have any questions or concerns, let me or another staff member from the clinic know.

I mean it when I say stay put. Even if you never get sick. Listen to your doc. I know what I'm talking about.

I had a meeting with my advisor today, and it was lovely to be out and about the city today. It finally feels as if Spring is trying to make an appearance, and it truly is time for that to happen. But I did have an interesting conversation about the courses that I'm taking, and about the courses I expect to take in future. He also mentioned that I should contemplate declaring my major, so that the classes I take in autumn are beneficial and relevant to my intended area of study.

That leads me to a quandary, however. I had planned, as I did the last time I was here, on focusing on creative writing for my major area of study. And I do plan on doing that, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to be enough. I have so many areas of interest and to explore only one of them seems... not ideal. But I understand that it can be difficult finding employment on the strength of a degree in creative writing, English, or even history, unless one is prepared to attend university for many years after the initial degree. I am willing, of course, but I simply don't know what I wish to do.

It seems like the more I get to know things around here, the less sense they make. But I guess there's no point in worrying too much over it -- I'd like to offer any help I can. Anyone know of any decent clinics? If anyone's in need of a healer, I'd be glad to offer my skills.

Hi Barry. My name is Janet Van Dyne. My friends call me Jan. I'm a designer in - actually, this world and my home world. I do a lot of superhero designs and a friend of mine told me you were in the market for some shoes that won't burn up when you're being Speedy Gonzalez.

You wanna come in and get a fitting so I can make sure we can get you a few pairs of shoes -- normal shoes and/or costume shoes -- for those feet of yours?

Thank you. You are, all of you, the very best of friends. I believe that quite literally, were you not there and providing me the support you did, I would not have exited from that place. Perhaps it does not seem like much to you, but knowing you were coming for me, seeing your words of outrage on my behalf, and reading your words of comfort and encouragement -- you bolstered me when I most needed it. Allowing me to stand on my own against Cressida -- against myself, but feeling you with me with the knowledge that should I falter you would step forward and enter into battle. Thank you. Thank you.

I hope you will forgive me, but I believe that I am taking this entire week away from the City, so I won't be able to be at the reception area.

Thank you. I was afraid that your words whilst in that place were a mere figment of my imagination. I was never so happy to see someone than when you entered the ballroom.

I have told Dr. Gates that I won't be in for my usual shifts at the clinic's reception area this week. Do you suppose there will be room for me at the ranch during that time? I'll be able to keep up with my schoolwork from there just as well from here.

I always expected that if I were to return home, I would leave all of my modern trappings behind. And yet, my phone, in my reticule, finally working. I'd forgotten how I sometimes took refuge in the ladies' powder room at the theatre.

I only hope that one day I return to New York. Even though I won't remember it.

I'm going to take some time out my extremely busy schedule to perform at that talent show that Anne mentioned, at the end of the month, and there's just one big thing I have to decide. Do I go as myself, or that Uncle Jesse fellow everyone loves so much? Sam would have l And what the hell do I sing? I can't do I Feel Good without Archie. Wouldn't be right.

Now that I've said something, I'm guessing I just jinxed myself. I really should have learned years ago not to make serious plans, because it always gets fucked up. Something always happens.

If I were at home in London, it is at this time of year when myself and my mother and sisters would start looking towards the beginning of the social season that surrounds the spring session of Parliament. We would be planning the first of our trips to our modiste to choose dresses and patterns, and those who chose to spend the winter tucked away in the country would begin to trickle back into town, and Lady Whistledown would again have more than enough fodder for her thrice-weekly newsheet. I've sometimes thought how interesting it would be to start a modernised form of that scandal-sheet, but then I remembered the existence of TMZ. It would appear that the market for such writings is taken.

Filter to Sully
Thank you for this weekend. It was perfectly lovely, especially with the snow. I don't remember having spent a nicer time in the country during winter. My chest has already found a place amongst my belongings, and is sitting half-filled with those treasures of mine which I hold closely to my heart.

I believe my favorite part was sitting, bundled up, next to you as the sleigh flew across the ground, the wind whistling in my ears. Yes, I was freezing at the end of it, but it was a magnificent use of horse, sleigh, and snow.

Thank you for the flowers and the chocolate, Henry. The chocolates were exactly what I needed when I returned from my weekend away. Are you doing well? Holding your end of the bargain with Edward, so that he may hold his?

Gentlemen. I'm Dr. Beverly Crusher, with SWORD. As you are no doubt well aware, this evening an event occured this evening in which the electric went out for approximately five minutes. We at SWORD are getting reports of people glowing during this time. Even as we speak, SWORD is working to figure out what happened, and how it may affect the population. I am asking your help for this. If you would please open the clinic at Potts Tower this evening for those who have been affected -- particularly those who may have been glowing -- and then pass along the results of any tests you run -- and I suggest you run as broad a spectrum of tests that you can -- I would be grateful.

The facilities at SWORD are available, if you feel that the clinic needs assistance. Transportation to and from the SWORD campus can be provided, and I will make sure that you are both aware of the results of tests run on your patients. This option, of traveling to SWORD, is entirely optional for your patients, but I would urge the greatest caution. It's very important that we figure out what is going on, and if it may adversely affect people.

Thank you.

Should have done this back when I was talking about my positive New Years thing. I've decided to move out of this three bedroom apartment. It's time I stopped waiting for Henry or Katie to show up here and move on with my life.

I still need a two bedroom though, seeing as I work a lot at the house. So any Housing Assistants out there with two bedrooms open who are amenable to a tiny superhero with wings? And are there any superheroes who would like to help out a tiny superhero with wings?

On that note, if you were friends with Henry Pym Jr before and you're interested in any of his things, come by and see me. I'd rather them go to people he cared about then to some random person on the street.
