What do we know about this so far? The last time I saw something that could strike like this was with the Death Note itself, and that had the ability to kill someone, but even then there were different rules involved. It wasn't an all-powerful ability like this one is seeming to be so far.

I have gathered a list of everyone afflicted. At least, everyone who's commented who's been afflicted thus far. I can filter out certain people who aren't afflicted, either. I find it strange that it seems to be affecting even those who shouldn't be sick based on the rules of their universe.

I am going to continue my research as much as I can. I am not sick, yet, but with this trend, I do not expect it long until I am ill.

Some of you might remember that in the fall that started out as a field exercise for my Military Tactics and Strategy Course and expanded. This time, we're doing something a bit different. Sam Winchester and I have redesigned things a bit. It started out of a desire to provide some field experience for his Weaponry class and my Military Tactics and Strategy Class are cohosting, but it will be all ages.

If you're unfamiliar with war games - think of paintball and camp games you played when you were younger (capture the flag and the like). Add in optional toy weapons, lots of open space, alliance and intrigue, and you have war games.

Saturday & Sunday, March 28-29, everyone's invited to join us out on Serenity Ranch for a weekend of war games. ESD students can get credit for participating in this event. More details to come from us, but we wanted to see who might be interested.

I wanted to apologize for my really rude first post on this network. I was disoriented and I wasn't going to leave my brother to die in that mountain. I needed to know that he was safe. I make no excuses for my behavior, only ask for some understanding.

I guess I should probably introduce myself. My name is Octavia Blake. Bellamy's my brother. This world is nothing like the one I just came from, even though they're both called Earth. We're from the future, but I don't know if it's this world's future. That sounds crazy. It sounds weird to say, too. I don't know.

Being away from home for a week, it turns out, means that the a good portion of the food in one's refrigerator will be well past its date when one returns. I spent a good portion of this afternoon replenishing my pantry. The result is that I am now prepared for the coming week, always a good feeling. While I was out today, I was reminded of my desire for a pet when I found a small, furry creature in a box outside of Potts Tower upon my return. It's very small, and a brindle colour, and it purrs madly.

I believe I'm already a little bit in love with it, although I have yet to come up with a name. Any suggestions would be quite, quite welcome.

Now that I've had a few days to adjust to a human schedule, I have to admit it's a little excited to be in New York City. It's a place I've always wanted to visit and never really had a chance to. Too dangerous at home My friends have told me a little about this version of New York, including that I was apparently here before, so I'm really sorry if I don't remember you.

For those who actually don't know me, I'm Jillian Mastrano, but everyone just calls me Jill. If someone could point me at the best places to shop when you don't have access to a small fortune, that would be great.
