Hey everyone! You might know me or at least my name but I'll introduce myself again just in case. Jean Grey. Not Marvel Girl, not no more. Anyway! With the rolling blackouts and it being cold (not as cold as it's been, but uncomfortable enough), we should do something!
I come from a place where everyone hates and fears us because we're mutants, etc etc you know the drill. So we show them we're not bad. We be X-Men. We got a similar situation here, being refugees and sometimes "fictional characters" is terrifying to the citizens. So we're gonna help them out, not just because WE SHOULD but because it's good for us and them.
I'm in 613. Come if you want to help. Things we need: blankets, coats, those little hand warmer thingies, gloves, hats. Non perishable foods or crackers (or fruit cups). Gatorade or the like is good, too. Steer clear of soda, though. (I know, Gatorade is just as bad, shh). I think we can do more for just the people without power. Let's go a little further and set up some homeless kits. Tampons, deodorant, toothbrushes, nail clippers. Dollar store stuff, people!
