Rose and I didn't find UFOs in the Adirondacks mountains. But as a consolation prize, we we returned, my sonic screwdriver was here, waiting for me. My future one. Time to retire the sunglasses.

Are you busy tomorrow? This weekend?

If you are, cancel your plans.

[Private to Megan Gwynn]

I noticed you mentioning on the Network that you're able to teleport. Do you think you could take me somewhere?

I meant to post this much earlier, but there were a lot of distractions last month.

Consider how those of us that have been brought through the Tesseract are known solely as entertainment on this planet, from sources stemming from book, film or television, henceforth referred to as ‘stories’, as a generalized term. Not only in this universe, but in other universes upon similar Earth-planets in this range in the Time Stream: I can confirm that in the universe where I’m from, the Earth has Harry Potter, Star Wars and Tolkien that are non-different from the stories presented here, and I have received verification from others, coming from Earth-planets, whom I have interviewed that their experience with these sorts of stories are the same.

The question that came to my mind was how is this possible? To have perfectly identical stores running concurrent with one another in different universes, while simultaneously perfectly reflecting the lives of people in another. Naturally, I wondered, do the lives we lead create these stories in other universes, or do the stories, created by writers and actors, determine how our lives will progress? It boils down to the question of predestination against free will.

To this end, I conducted an investigation to determine the truth. Using the limited resources on hand of this planet, my investigation took me to London, where I met with and spoke to the writers and actors of my program, Doctor Who. While I did not seek to examine other sources of stories in this universe, I firmly believe that one may extrapolate from my study to relate to other people’s stories. More behind cut )

You know, the fanfic and fanart on the internet is amazing. I thoroughly approve of it. This one by atlantiss505 is very nice indeed.

What I have to look forward to in my future.

Daleks. Why does it always have to be Daleks?

Also, while I was out and about enjoying a dinosaur-free day yesterday, I noticed some people with tally marks on their arms. Naturally, I was alarmed, and went up to them to help. But they told me it was Impossible Astronaut Day, which is the name of the television episode that first featured the Silence. I tried to make them understand, it's not funny, but they only thought it was cool.

This day just keeps getting better and better.

Stuck in space, not the first time so I can deal with that, but are there really dinosaurs on Earth right now?

It's just come to my attention that there's a presidential election going on, the primaries. After some research, I've made my decision.

Donald Trump is part Sontaran. At least half.

For those who don't know what a Sontaran looks, like, I've included a picture. Actually, two pictures behind the cut. ) Note the potato-like similarities. They're practically twins. Sontarans are also known for their narrow minded intelligence and love for war mongering.

Americans, take my word for it, you don't want a potato-president.

Last week I faxed the paperwork you that was sent to me to the number you gave me. This weekend I got a call from some clothing retailer telling me that it was sent to their Gainesville branch, instead. They wanted to let me know because they recognized the form to be important and they wanted to make sure it got to the right office.

So, because PacSun cares more about getting this form in as you do, I'll be delivering the form to the SWORD Headquarters in person. Actually, I've made several duplicates of the form and shall be hand delivering a copy to SWORD Headquarters, either in person or through one of my companions, every single day, until I get an official, personal notification from Carol Danvers AND Felix Blake themselves that the form was received. In fact, remember that part in Harry Potter, where the Dursleys get flooded with Hogwarts letters? That's going to look like small potatoes compared to what I'm willing to go through to ensure it gets to the right people.

Because, I know you HOW MUCH you government organizations love paperwork.

Today's the birthday of the actor who portrays me, so why the hell not - I'm adopting today as my birthday, too.

If anyone needs any dinosaur help, just say the word. I've punched several in my day.

I am kind of curious to see what Chewie would do with a small one though, so if you see any harmless ones.. let me know that too.

I like it how that even though I don't have a TARDIS, the time travel still comes to me.

By the way, I speak dinosaur, and every dinosaur I've spoken to is a little confused, but as long as they have something to eat, they're alright. Then again, they have puny, reptilian brains, so they're not capable of feeling any complex emotions. Even the predators seem cool. So, as long as they're not provoked, I think we can all get through this without incident. I wonder if that's asking too much from you humans?

Everybody's going on about dinosaurs, but nobody's mentioned how all our technology has become primitized. This devise now looks like it's made of bark and stone and stuck together with dried tree sap, and you wouldn't think it would work, but it does, just as it should. I find that much more fascinating.

I am contemplating the pros and cons of the variation of the Impervious Charm I have placed on the door to my shop. On one hand, my customers are so pleased to walk in the door and find themselves completely dry that they're more inclined to spend money. On the other hand, it also makes them extremely reluctant to actually leave and venture out into the downpour again.

Waking up to the sound of rain hitting the windows always makes me feel like I'm back in Wales.

If you're already fantasising about the weekend and thinking about where to go for a coffee, hot drinks are half-price at the Hub when you present a ticket stub from Little Shop of Horrors.

You know, when I was a kid, I'd sometimes imagine what it would be like to walk on the ceiling. And noooow in the hallways it's like that here. Kind of fun until you get to the swap point and your feet are gonna be above your head. But I mean, tuck and roll right? Dunno if that'll work out for everyone. But I'm feeling the urge for an immature brain today.

And please tell me someone with a pet cat has made them a ceiling cat today. Clinic's right how it always is, if you get hurt.
