A two hour run seems to have finally tired out the hounds and the wards have held up so yay to that. Cerberus looks like its coming along nicely and I checked in with the covens.

But what's happening with the snowglobe? Is the magic around it dormant or are there still traces? Are we keeping it locked up somewhere? Has anyone tried to trace it back to where it came from or who made it? I mean its probably just one of those 'Vallo is screwing with us' things but maybe not? Does it have a significant feeling to it that we can look for elsewhere in Vallo in case there's some other pocket universe out there that others are trappe?

Earlier today, someone came by the Clinic, upset that their powers weren't functioning. After an examination I was able to determine that their Golden Core - what makes them capable of magic, and capable of what kind - was missing. It is my belief that the strange happenings everyone is experiencing are a result of these-- Golden Core deficiencies. Any werewolves out there? Say you have a potential werewolf kid. He's still young, far from puberty, and hasn't ever shifted. What are some things you look out for? What are some things you do to help him when he gets antsy around the full moon?

Unrelated, how do you explain to your undead mother that it's perfectly acceptable to put up Christmas decorations right after Halloween?

Two topics of consideration this morning: How early is too early for Christmas decorations and music and baking?

AND is anyone at all interested in seeing the Mona Lisa? It has been tucked away for quite a while and I feel weird just hanging it in our apartment when I think?? a few people might appreciate her.

As I will be a physical education teacher for the school now, I am taking a good look at what the students have available to them as far as equipment goes. I have a great deal of construction experience so, in the coming month, I'm hoping to install the following for school use:

• An indoor rock climbing wall
• A large trampoline
• Two kid-friendly obstacle courses, one for children under 10 and one for teenagers

I haven't gotten actual permission on these yet so if there are concerns or questions, feel free to ask now. There will be a long list of safety measures in place and the risk of injury will be as minimal as most standard P.E. activities and sports involve.

Use of the equipment will not be mandatory. I feel everyone has different needs as far as physical education. Ideally, tools should be used to help students reach a healthy place that suits them and keeps them engaged, instead of wishing they were literally anywhere else. Since we have some flexibility for one-on-one learning here, I'll be adjusting everyone's curriculum on an individual basis. With any luck, I can keep at least three-quarters of the class from hating me.

I didn't think I would ever have a job where an entire day goes by in what feels like just an hour or so, but here we are. I'm glad I spent so many years studying languages.

Did anyone else notice we haven't made it past Halloween yet and Christmas movies are already being aired?

During the situation with the dinosaurs, I did a flyover toward the beginning to locate the source of the pterodactyls. That was also the time I discovered an island from my home world, Genosha - I have heard of other versions of the island, but the one I established before I came here is quite different.

It's not very technologically advanced, but I wanted to reach out to see if anyone could help with setting up solar power - I intend to keep it very simple in terms of embellishments, perhaps only one building powered up for the purposes of charging phones and the like; the rest of the island will be a place to unplug and unwind. I created it to be a refuge and a sanctuary, and I intend to open it up to everyone here if there is interest in getting away from the city for a little while.

I also ask assistance of the magical community, for warding off my personal residence on Genosha. Everything else I will share, except that.

Hello, Outlanders! I am looking for two groups of volunteers:

1. Have you ever wanted to fly but were not blessed with the ability to do so on your own? Are you an adrenaline junkie? I am in need of a tester (or two!) to use a winged jetpack of my creation and to allow me to document you using it. Even better if you are willing to give me constructive feedback. As payment, I am willing to make you your very own, if you so wish it!

2. I am looking for those of you with flight capabilities to allow me to use you as inspiration - I have a preference for anyone with wings but would like three volunteers with or without! I am willing to pay for your time if you are willing to let me draw you and ask you a lot (lot) of questions!
