Finn got to hang out with Molly, our tortoise, this morning. The giggles when we helped them hand her some lettuce to snack on was easily one of the cutest sounds I've ever heard in my life. She's pretty cute for a reptile, too. Look at her.

Calling all magical folks or those knowledgeable about:

Our team's patrol today spotted something that looks like a teleportation circle in the forest at [location]. Can't say how long it's been there but there are runes near the thing as well as objects that seem to be badly burned. Most of them were not distinguishable from ashes at all but the ones that were are: an apron, a grumpy frog t-shirt, and a mug with cacti on it that says "You Can't Touch This".

I can't get much information out of this but if anyone else wants to step in and take a look, that would help.

leon's turning into an ancient artifact this weekend and i need help getting crap. we're still doing fight club so i'm thinking we can shove his face in a cake there after he inevitably loses.

You know what's exhausting, exhilarating, challenging, anxiety-inducing, AND the cutest thing in the entire world all at once, somehow?

Wrangling fourteen preschoolers and toddlers who want to color all over your nice, clean spaceship, and you were the dummy who didn't think to put down sheets or tarps to catch the mess. And then feeding them lunch on top of it, only making the mess bigger.

On the positive side, everyone had a blast! We now have a dozen abstract art pieces of Finn and Catra to hang on our living room walls, and I get to clean up remnants of finger paint, markers, and strawberry jelly. Which wouldn't usually be a positive, but I like cleaning.

Dear friends and family of one Henry Townshend: Please someone go check in on him, in case he's accidentally bumped his head or become cursed by a malevolent spirit or something, because he is being particularly vicious and I know that's not him.

You guys!!!! Big news!!! FINN'S HERE FINALLY. They were born at 3:29 in the morning on June 8th, and they are so little and cute. Sword for scale!

Steve the Rat reminded me this morning that it's been a year since he officially decided to move in. I don't know

Fuck, what was I saying? Oh, right.

I don't know if that's really something to celebrate since he showed up when I had a summon one rat power and almost immediately stopped doing what I told him to do and then decided all on his own, Steve to move in, but I guess I'm picking up a pizza tonight.
