Having to explain one's
resume in a job interview when you have had only one set of duties your entire adult life and it doesn't really translate easily to this sort of setting? Awkward, yet somehow also easier than one might have expected. I like to think it's my natural charm, more than anything else. (It's hereditary.) (
Not magical, though I understand clarifying that unprompted makes it seem as though the opposite might be true. Let's move on from this before I get myself into unwarranted trouble.)
That said, I am now gainfully employed and will be found at the Great Library, where I was spending much of my time at already. It seemed only right.
And rather exciting? As I said, only one job for my adult life and this is going to be quite different than training to run a city, so! I don't start until next week, but come and see me and make me work, please and thank you.
