Atlantis is under attack. A "giant sea monster," which is likely another dinosaur. They need immediate assistance defending the city. There's Atlantians on standby to help get reinforcements there now.

We need individuals to stay behind and begin immediate patrol of the forest until this is over.

Tell me who's going and who's staying and go now.

It would appear that I have acquired some sort of...spectral lioness. She seems friendly enough, though the mice are naturally rather anxious around her.

The walking mushrooms in the forest are Goombas, from Nintendo video games. They're not friendly, but can be stopped by stomping on them. Please be careful if you're planning to go out and live your video game dreams despite that being a bad idea.

I'm almost disappointed I wasn't affected by that poetry magic. It might have hit me with a burst of inspiration.

Not that I'm lacking in that, of course. It just might have made things interesting.

Granted, Geralt would no doubt have been tired of it by the end of the first hour.

Geralt and I were talking. With Cirilla gone, keeping the apartment just feels like far too much space. We spoke a long time ago about possibly staying at Skyhold, given we both work there and spend most of our time there.

It won't be till your November, first week of it, but our little group is planning a festival from home called Satinalia. One of the aspects is we pick a fool, and they get to rule for a day. There's been a few new arrivals since the last bout of weirdness so: no, we don't know why thoughts are ending up in other people's heads or how to stop it, but if previous events have been anything to go by, it's probably "Just a thing that happens" and will pass in time. Vallo is Like That Sometimes. At least we're all still the same age, capable of lying, and free from murderous geese?

Also, Captain Iris Blackwood is an excellent name for a cat. Easily the best of the options. As delightful as the constant stream of Cat Thoughts is, though, this still doesn't make us equal for Kinloch, Vallo

Now that the announcement is out, the glitter cannons have been fired, and opening weekend went by without any crises.... Hey. I'm Arthur. I'm acting as Vallo's ambassador to Atlantis and have been for.. too long.

Anyway, thanks, every one of you that went down there unaware that you were basically proving we weren't there to attack the people of Atlantis. Future thanks for keeping it that way.

The threat of the other me has been neutralized. We sort of...merged. So I'm sorry for everything that he did and thanks to everyone that helped with this.

I know some people have been attacked feeling a little threatened lately, so if anyone wants extra security or something, I don't mind doing some extra patrols when I'm not on an official one, or helping train at the club.

Kosmo ate every box of pop tarts I had hoarded, so I made him wear a ribbon and a hat all day. He's still sulking.

Papa's Pride is closed for the rest of the day and through tomorrow! I'm going to go be a mermaid for a bit and learn some smithing techniques from the Atlanteans. I'm so excited about what I can learn from forging weapons and armor under water. I can't even imagine what they must be using. I mean, of course, I have ideas, but half the fun is in the learning.

I wonder if they'll let me take Mitzi. She'd be a cute, but large, catfish. Fishcat. Meownder.

I spent the night with the Atlantean people and wow, first I was mostly just trying to figure out how they slept underwater, but it works? I knew it would and it was still wild to me anyway! But it was great, and both Jormi and I had a good time.

I got back this morning and took Bessie for a run because he'd gotten a lecture from father (thank you for taking care of everyone) for being destructive (it was deserved) and needed a little space.... and he led me straight to someone new that needed some help.

He's not sure what he wants to be called so I have to think of something cool. He's not half as bad off as Bessie was when I found him, just needs some food, water, and apparently a buddy, because him and Bessie have become immediate friends.

One thing I hadn't missed from where I came from was waking up in Medical. I'm assuming we've resolved the mutant rabbit situation?

Thursday was a shitshow and we shut down without much warning so if you had shit on hold and you don't wanna wait until Tuesday, let me know. I know some of you are inju I'll drop it by myself. Or con someone else into doing it.
