Okay, so I know I did the whole "LYCAN SUBSCRIBE" thing last time I posted as a joke but now, I really am contemplating a YouTube series and all about knives and werewolfing and maybe even Vallo.

If I was still in Fillory, I totally would have done a "LIVE WITH FEN!" thing there. (Did you know there is service in Fillory?? Because I hadn't either until Eliot, Margo, and their friends showed up with their phones and I had even gotten one myself.) I guess I can still do it but I'm not going to be "live" and I want to do a niche category of videos.

All right, I've managed to get a few names out of her through casual conversation. Here's what I have so far:

• Jake Pentecost: The timing is right, but it seems unlikely that with all those dominant genes, I got virtually none of them. Magic being what it is, though, maybe I should still investigate more deeply?
  
• Atreus GodOfStuff: Physical genetics-wise, possible. Magical genetics, though...I'm pretty sure I'd have noticed if I was 1/4 god. I'm good, but I'm not that good. On the other hand, gods are well-known for abandoning their children, so that's a point in the "maybe" column.
  
• Lena Luthor: Apparently during the period in which my mother was a man, Lena was among her conquests. I hadn't even considered that my mom might not have actually carried me until she mentioned THAT, so I guess the net just got a hell of a lot wider. And of course there's also other kinds of magic, we all know Finn. And let's be real, no one would be surprised if I had villain genes.
  
• Ostyia Rabalska: I sure hope not, because it would be gross to think my other mom is as hot as I think she is. But I better check anyway.
  
• Arthur Curry/Fucking Aquaman: Is the ability to talk to fish a recessive or dominant trait? Maybe if I find out I'll know whether I can cross him off the list or not.
  
• Brigitte Lindholm: She's an engineer, so we do at least share a head for math. Beyond that, I don't know much except that she's a cute redhead.

So, time to do some interviews. Does anybody know any of these people well enough to ask questions? Or barring that, ideas for an approach to any of these people?

She's got her hands f Some of you are likely already aware, so to head off questions and chaos, the DOA can confirm there seems to be some kind of timeslip event happening. Don't freak out if you suddenly have a kid or someone you know isn't the right age. The latter might be easier to adjust to since it's happened at least once before in the time I've been here - but the kid thing may be a bit shocking.

If you need a hand, the DOA has services to help out. That said, though, in an effort to coordinate and assist, we're asking you to chime in here with any reports you want to share so that we can manage resources and get a handle on expectations.

I've seen people doing online videos and whatnot of stuff they're really good at, and I've always wondered if I should do something like that for my own skills. YouTube videos on knife-making and throwing and combat? And then throw in werewolf safety tips as well here and there.

Wow this place sure is interesting. How do you guys get the buildings so high? And all these, what, cars? How do they run? Are the cars magic, or do you have to be a wizard to drive them? Because I would love to drive a car if someone has one! How fast do they go?

And this magical communication box (??? phone, I guess? What a weird name. Why's it called a phone?) is great too. We don't have this kind of magic back on Krynn. I mean, we do have some items that you can use to talk to people, but you can really only talk to one person at a time, I think, and they're pretty powerful. Not everyone has one like these phones (really, only powerful wizards have them I think) and no one's ever let me keep one long enough to see if I could contact more than one person.

Speaking of! Hi! I'm Tasslehoff Burrfoot, but my friends call me Tas! I'm a kender from Krynn, and I came here with my friend Caramon. We were only supposed to travel 356 years in the future (Not our future, we were in the past, so we were just coming home), but apparently our magical time traveling device malfunctioned and we ended up here! This horrible, ugly evil wizard (and like, awful evil, not fun evil) told us that because the evil Goddess Takhisis (do you guys have Takhisis here? Or Fizban? I didn't see them in the sky last night) repaired it (she didn't, my gnome friend Gnimsh fixed it for us before he was), it would send us to some terrible and awful place, but this place doesn't seem so terrible and awful. Nowhere that has magical boxes that sing (that was really fun, by the way) can be that bad. And all these things that try to eat you that are everywhere? Amazing!! I've never had so much fun trying to decide which chair to sit on or what lock to pick!

It seems interesting at least, but I guess interesting isn't always good. Like, watching the gods throw a mountain on a city was interesting, but it was interesting in a really terrible kind of way, especially since we knew it was coming but couldn't do anything to stop it even though I tried.


ANYWAY! I mentioned before that I came here with a friend, Caramon. Somehow we got separated when we arrived, so I guess he must be wandering around here somewhere on his own. He's probably pretty lost and very confused (unless another nice person helped him out! Hi Catra!!!!). He's pretty easy to spot though. He's really big - I mean he's big for a human too, not just a kender, though I guess he'd be a little bit small if he was a minotaur or an ogre. Not weirdly small, but on the small side - and he has brown hair. He's had a really, really bad day, so he might ask for some alcohol but please don't give him any! He'll be just as happy (happier even, I promise) with spiced potatoes! And then you can just message me where he is and I'll come pick him up!

Greetings everyone. I'm James, and I'm a local around here - born and raised in Vallo (and thanks to my longtime friend Mei for getting me situated with this network. Mei, you were right, this is something). I'm a psychiatrist and have just moved offices to the appropriately-named psychiatric floor in one of the hospitals. I have a variety of patients, and I speak a few different languages - Elvish, Dwarvish, and a bit of Druidic. I was born into the Vorerra coven but left recently and so I suppose I'm coven-less. All of that means I'm also a witch and it's possible that the name Vorerra elicits questions (if I'm mistaken, well, scroll to the end of this post) so I thought I'd open with a few FAQs and also an AMA and perhaps even a few more acronyms, who knows.

He seems like he's trying to communicate, but every time his mouth opens, it sounds like records scratching. It's not exactly pleasant on the ears.
